Returning products

You can return unused items within 14 days , provided they are in the original, undamaged packaging.

Reflection period : The 14 days start on the day after you receive the product.
Return costs : The costs for return shipment will not be reimbursed.

After registration you will receive further instructions about the return by email.

Providing a reason isn't required, but we would appreciate it if you did share it. This way, we can continue to improve our service!

Request your return immediately

Return registration for existing customers:

Log into your account:
1. Enter your email address in the email field and click Continue.
2. Open the email sent by our webshop in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click on the order you wish to return.
If your order contains multiple items, please select the items you wish to return.
Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
Click on Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
